About Your Host, Jen Spainhour

Jen Spainhour is the CEO of Position for Success Coaching & Consulting LLC and the founder of the What’s Next Program for women. Jen helps ambitious career women find more joy and success in their work with powerful group and individual coaching, reflective retreats, and engaging workshops.

With over 20 years of experience working in corporate settings, Jen has a unique understanding of what it takes for women to succeed. After evolving her own career into one that she loves, she now coaches and teaches other women how to flourish professionally with leadership strategies and a clear vision for their ideal future.

Jen holds an MBA from the Cox School of Business, her coaching certification from iPEC, and her ACC from the International Coaching Federation. Her passion is helping ambitious career women create work they love that also supports a joyful life outside of work.
